Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every Bontté piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated, and the return package must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. The return does not need to arrive within the 14-day window.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@bonttekids.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided within 1–2 business days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
